No. We're a scalp spa, not a salon. We finish with a towel or light dry and leave the treatment in your hair so it keeps nourishing your scalp. For best results, wait until the next day to wash or style.
Yes. Just let us know when you book. Color-treated hair loves a head spa; we'll adjust products and pressure for extensions and recent keratin or color services.
We can adapt most rituals for pregnancy (no LED, and we choose aromatherapy oils carefully). If you have open wounds, active scalp infections or a condition under a doctor's care, please check with your doctor first and tell us when you book.
Monthly is ideal for maintenance. When focusing on a specific concern, we recommend a series of three, 3–4 weeks apart, and we'll check progress on the scalp camera each time.
