Booking Policy

Deposit

A $40 deposit is required to reserve every appointment. The deposit is applied to the cost of your service on the day of your visit.

Cancellations & rescheduling

• Please give us at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the time to another client.
• Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice and no-shows forfeit the deposit.
• With 24 hours' notice or more, your deposit transfers to your new appointment.

Lash fills (refills)

• Fills are every 3 weeks. Please book your fill within three weeks of your last appointment.
• If it has been more than 4 weeks since your last appointment, please select a new set. A fill will not give a full result once too many lashes have grown out.
• Fill prices: Classic $100, Hybrid $120, Volume $140, Mega Volume $160. If fewer than about 40% of your extensions remain, a new set will be needed.

Arriving

• Please arrive with clean lashes, free of mascara and eye makeup.
• Arriving more than 15 minutes late may shorten your service or require rescheduling, and may be treated as a late cancellation.
• For everyone's comfort, we ask that you come to your appointment alone. We are unable to accommodate children in the treatment rooms.

Your results

If you have any concern about your lashes in the first 72 hours, message us right away and we'll take a look. Reactions and sensitivities are rare; please tell us about allergies or recent eye treatments before we begin.

Payment

We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay and cash. Prices are subject to change; the price shown when you book is the price you pay.

Photos of your results are never taken or shared without your written consent. If we would like to photograph your results, we will ask you to sign a consent form at the studio. See our privacy policy.
